- Advising Ranger Fire and Security on the acquisitions of Syncro Group and IPH Fire Solutions.
- Advising Titan Wealth on its acquisition of Aspira Corporate Solutions.
- Advising Maven Capital Partners UK LLP on its investment in Covestus (owner and operator of brands in the consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical products space).
- Advising Dream International Coöperatief U.A. (a portfolio company of Doğuş Holding A.Ş.) in connection with its sale of a strategic stake in Dream International B.V. to the Qatar Investment Authority.*
