How we work with in-house teams
All of our banking, finance and restructuring clients have a designated Relationship Manager, who manages the relationship, co-ordinates the services provided (including for other legal disciplines), monitors the quality and value of our services and acts as a central point of contact for in-house teams. The Relationship Manager will also work closely with key stakeholders within the in-house team to understand how we can bring the most value to the relationship – be it through providing know-how on an ad-hoc basis on topics of particular interest, developing bespoke training programmes or ensuring that teams and individuals can be plugged into our extensive network for referral and other business development purposes.
Many of our in-house clients also benefit from a dedicated Panel Manager to oversee reporting requirements and ensure that our other panel commitments are not only met but exceeded. Several members of our team have undertaken client secondments at a variety of levels and are therefore well-placed to understand and help to respond to the unique pressures and challenges of working in-house.
