Stephen is an established Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ post qualification experience.Â
Stephen has a great depth and breadth of experience having worked within the public and private sectors for local authorities, housing associations, central Government, healthcare, blue chip companies, insurance companies, loss adjusting firms and private clients.
Stephen has extensive experience of working on major and complex insurance repair projects for a range of insurance companies and loss adjusting firms as project manager/ contract administrator.
Stephen is recognised as a competent and trusted surveyor advising insurers on building pathology related to insurers liability.
How do you help clients?
I help clients with insurance claims advising on repairs covered under insurance policies for a range of losses including fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence, storm and accidental damage.
I regularly help clients by taking on the role of contract administrator for major and complex loss repair claims project managing the remediation works.
I help clients by producing value at risk cost assessments.
I help clients with party wall matters.
I help client’s as an Expert Witness producing Part 35 Compliant Expert Witness Reports.
I help clients by giving advice on contentious issues where insurance liability is to be determined.
Experience
