Sian has a broad spectrum of experience in advising on acquisitions (with and without finance) and disposals. Sian has acted for many of the UK’s largest housebuilders and developers, in addition to investor and landowner clients.
Prior to joining Gateley Plc, Sian worked for leading law firms and spent time working in-house. These experiences enabled Sian to act for a wide range of clients and develop a strong understanding of the commercial considerations that need to be factored into her advice to clients.
Experience
- Acting for a leading client on multiple acquisitions, disposals and refinances, including an acquisition for over £60,000,000.
- Acting for local authorities in respect of their regeneration plans including acquiring properties as part of Compulsory Purchase Order processes.
- Acting on the setup of contract packs for disposals of large development sites comprising over 1,000 homes.
