Patrick has gained valuable experience in over 20 years with the Gateley Smithers Purslow.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Patrick has been involved in numerous projects, ranging from £1m refurbishments, large scale call centre extensions, re-building burnt down factory, down to small house extensions to both commercial and domestic properties.

During this time, he has become the leading force in carrying out pre and post works surveys for United Utilities, that can involve over 100 properties, he also provides advice and costings in resolving any customer issues due to the works.
