2. Acting for a Midlands-based developer specialising in regeneration and brownfield development in relation to site disposals following remediation and decontamination, including the sale of two sites for circa £12m. 
3. Assisting a London-based developer with the acquisition of commercial properties on a former hospital site which is being developed by a leading UK housebuilder. 
4. Acting for a Midlands-based developer in relation to the letting and management of retail units within a shopping centre.
5. Acting for a Midlands-based developer on the acquisition of a former power station site for demolition, remediation and redevelopment.
