Miranda specialises in asset management work and has considerable experience in handling landlord and tenant matters for large clients and complex portfolios. Miranda also has experience in acting on development projects, acquisitions and disposals and all aspects of non-contentious real estate law, with additional experience in the telecoms sector, currently acting for one of the largest infrastructure the UK.

How do you help clients? 

I help large landlords manage their portfolios effectively, maximising speed to rent and simplifying the letting process. I also negotiate sale and purchase documentation to manage acquisitions and disposals effectively, timely and with clear, concise advice throughout the process.

1. Managing the estates portfolio across the UK for a major national supermarket, responsible for over 500 properties nationwide.
2. Acting for a Yorkshire-based Plc on the disposal of numerous surplus industrial sites across West Yorkshire. 
3. Acting on the roll-out of electric vehicle charging points across a portfolio of nationwide properties.
4. Acting on the listing of three real estate investment trusts on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
5. Managing the high-volume lease renewal project across the country for a major telecoms provider.
