How do you help clients?

I really enjoy the diverse range of clients we work with from individual private clients to boards and larger organisations. With each client I clearly define three things at the start of any project (regardless of size):

  • What do you want to achieve? i.e. the brief
  • How much do you want to spend/ have to spend? i.e. the budget
  • How soon do you want to achieve your brief? i.e. the programme

Throughout all RIBA Plan of Work stages we keep an eye on these three things, particularly at the key milestones of planning, tender and construction/ handover.

We have started to assist clients with obtaining funding and it goes without saying that we can creatively solve most problems for our clients with our combined design and technical skills as well as access to the wide range of additional services through our property platform.

Working collaboratively and creatively is what I enjoy most in offering our service to our clients.
