John manages an evolving team of professional surveying staff providing core building surveying services across the South Wales and M4 corridor area. He is responsible for increasing the company profile and growing the share of commercial/ insurance sector clients throughout the South-West of the UK.
John has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of building surveying especially technical due diligence surveying and the conservation of historic buildings.

- Project management of £1m flood remediation works to C16 manor house Grade I listed, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- European due diligence/ management of acquisition surveys and building reinstatement cost assessments to 1.2m sqft portfolio of industrial and warehousing sites across Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
- Employer’s agent for new build £1.5m, 6,000 sqft IVF clinic in Bath.
