  2. Management of neighbourly matters (party wall, scaffolding/ crane oversail licences) for developer of £6.2m, 58,000 sqft office refurbishment in Bath city centre.
  3. Project management of £1m flood remediation works to C16 manor house Grade I listed, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  4. European due diligence/ management of acquisition surveys and building reinstatement cost assessments to 1.2m sqft portfolio of industrial and warehousing sites across Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
  5. Employer’s agent for new build £1.5m, 6,000 sqft IVF clinic in Bath.
