Jade is a qualified CITMA Trade Mark Paralegal and has been working in the IP profession since 2021. She joined Adamson Jones as a trainee member of the patent and trade mark support staff and passed the 2023/24 CITMA Paralegal Course with merit.
Jade is building her knowledge and experience relating to the acquisition of trade mark and design rights in the UK, EU and overseas. Her work covers the spectrum of trade mark formalities including the filing of new UK, EU and overseas trade mark applications, recordals of changes of ownership, and the filing of new UK design applications. She diarises and instructs the payment of various trade mark fees throughout the world and arranges for our clients to receive their trade mark and design certificates on registration.
Jade works in a completely electronic environment helping us and our clients to secure registered trade marks and designs.
