Expertise
Helen assists with the set up for sites for developers including liaising with clients and attending set up meetings. Â This involves continued liaising with clients as well as with third parties, such as the Land Registry.
Helen helps with enquiries that arise through the lifetime of the development, in particular raised by plot buyer’s solicitors, and with any post completion/Land Registry issues raised by buyer’s solicitors raised subsequently when registering plot transfers.
Helen also assists the plots and part exchange team when required.
