Hannah has acted for a range of clients, including UK banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers, and has experience in drafting facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documents.

1. Acting for OakNorth Bank in arranging a business trading facility of £17.2m to refinance sponsor loan notes and bridging facilities.
2. Acting for Beechbrook Private Debt in arranging a £1m of funding via loan notes for a distressed UK hospitality company as part of one of several rounds of funding.
3. Acting for Harwood Private Capital in arranging loan facilities of £9m to fund the acquisition of a metal recycling company. 
4. Acting for OakNorth Bank in arranging loan facilities totalling £14.5m to fund the acquisition of a casual dining company.
