How do you help clients?
My role varies and I help clients in many ways. My main aims are to help clients rebuild their assets after any major loss and assist clients with managing and maximising the potentially of their portfolios.
Experience
- Lead project manager on a large fire damage insurance claim in the southern region.
- Contract Administrator for a £1.2 million build of a penthouse, using modern methods of construction. Involved from the design stage through to completion.
- Delivering reinstatement costs assessments for a client’s portfolio of 400+ assets.
- Deliver planned maintenance programmes for a large fund, across the southern region.
- Advising on a clients portfolio of listed residential buildings and assets.
