Claire is an experienced Plot Conveyancer in the residential development team with over 20 years experience in the role. She acts on behalf of various national housebuilders dealing with their plot sales from reservation to post completion. She also works closely with these clients to ensure that their deadlines are met and to ensure that matters proceed as smoothly as possible for both our client and the buyer.
