2. Acting on both the buyer and seller side, for developers on acquisitions of brownfield/ greenfield land and also the disposal of affordable land to registered providers. 
3. Experienced advising on large-scale and high-value transactions, with gross development values circa £170m. 
4. Advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions, including purchases by way of SPVs.
5. Carrying out title investigations on complex land, drafting and negotiating option agreements on behalf of both developers and land-owners, contracts conditional or unconditional on planning, overage agreements, land sale agreements to registered providers and associated infrastructure agreements.
