With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Angela is skilled in both preparation of delay claims for clients, consultants and contractors and preparing and delivering project programmes. Angela is contractually and commercial aware having worked in the industry as a site manager, planning and managing planner before moving to Gateley Vinden to focus on planning and delay. Angela has extensive experience in both new build, base build and fit out contracts.
How do you help clients?
I help clients by preparing extension of time claims, disruption claims and concurrency assessments and providing expert reports.
I offer clients a strategic approach to their planning functions within their business and am on hand to train and develop robust systems of recording and reporting to assist with claim avoidance.
