- Advising on the £6m restoration of 25 apartments destroyed by fire, working for the residents’ company, their insurers, adjusters, assessors and brokers.
- Providing expert witness advice to aid policyholders and their insurers and solicitors to understand their obligations on £1m building residential warranty claim.
- Providing advice to enable insurance claim settlement of water damaged Chelsea penthouse followed by employer’s agent role to oversee £6m refit.
- Providing Technology Court evidence on behalf of insurers to defend multi-million pound water damage claim.
- Advising on design and contract administration of £5m listed building office repairs after extensive fire damage.
