How do you help clients?
I deliver construction projects on time and to agreed budgets on behalf of our clients and their funders. I take pride in ensuring projects progress from conception to reality as quickly as possible, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality finishes. My clients trust me to work diligently on their behalf to minimise disruption, plan effectively and manage risks appropriately.
Experience
- Completing full project management and principal designer duties for a mid-terraced house substantially damaged by fire, including liaising with a challenging neighbouring property owner on behalf of the daughter of our severely ill client.
- Replacing water damaged flooring finishes to a high-value property following an escape of water below the floor, including managing the project to minimise disruption and reduce client’s time away from the property as far as possible, mitigating high alternative accommodation costs.
- Overseeing incoming tenant fit-out proposals and processes on behalf of a large shopping centre client.
- Reinstating a fire damaged end of terrace house, including new conservatory and kitchen, on behalf of a young family. Including initial reporting on the defects, selection and management of the contractor, and overseeing of construction works.
- Completing reviews of residential Licence to Alter applications on behalf of a large managing agent of high-quality London-based properties.
