- Coordinate site visits in difficult to reach locations across extremely challenging terrains.
- Liaise with radio and TX to fully understand and onward present coverage plots and mapping sites.
- Land searches and identification of freehold owners and associated third parties.
- Negotiate property rights for new telecommunication sites.
- Liaise with solicitors throughout the acquisition element from full report on title to full legal instruction.
- Update shared database to ensure high level of data reporting and one source of truth.
- Attend all internal and external calls with all interested parties.
Experience
- Advising Vodafone and Cornerstone on the acquisition of new sites.
- Complete all initial site searches and subsequent Multi Skilled Visits.
- Collaborate with clients prior to meetings with landowners, land agents and associated bodies.
- Main point of contact for landowners, land agents and solicitors.
- Collaborate with client’s other external suppliers to ensure an aligned approach.
