Gateley Legal adds three new recruits to Guildford office

We have appointed three newly-qualified lawyers to our Guildford office after they successfully completed their training contracts.

Megan Largier and Emma Hogarth will be joining one of the largest residential development teams in the region, advising leading housebuilders, developers, and landowner clients across London and the South East on all aspects of residential property development, from site investment and acquisition to development and disposal. Joseph Martin will be joining the construction team, acting for clients including major housebuilders, local authorities, universities, developers, landowners, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on all aspects of construction work, including regeneration schemes, infrastructure projects, leisure and retail schemes, sporting facilities, and new build housing.

These latest hires are part of 22 newly qualified solicitor and 27 legal trainee appointments recently made by Gateley Legal across our UK offices.
