Babble's acquisition of Sesui

We have advised cloud solutions firm, Babble Cloud Holdings Limited, on the acquisition of Sesui Limited.

Oxford-based Sesui specialises in fully managed CCaaS solutions, with a sector focus in healthcare and travel. 

The deal adds 50 new clients to Babble’s growing portfolio and continues their buy and build strategy which has seen them complete eight deals since the start of 2020.

Babble has bases in London, Burton and Newcastle with staff located across the UK. They support over 3,000 organisations across a broad range of sectors by sourcing, deploying and supporting the best cloud solutions to deliver increased efficiency, customer engagement and profitability.
