Advising Cyklop on its acquisition of the Needham group of companies

We have advised worldwide manufacturer and supplier of packaging systems and materials, Cyklop, on the acquisition of the Needham group of companies, an established leader in coding and marking systems and materials, based in the UK and Ireland and headquartered in Shropshire.

Headquartered in The Netherlands, Cyklop is represented in over 50 countries and has a large brand portfolio including InkJet, Inc., Pieri, and now Needham. The acquisition represents the opportunity for Cyklop to offer its customers a complete packaging line of equipment, from industrial ink and laser printers, through to taping, wrapping, strapping machines, and consumables.

Needham’s acquisition will strengthen its position across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Access to Cyklop’s global reach and resources expands the scope for business growth, with the potential to expand product offerings and offer greater customer value.
