Acquisition of Accura Group by Wright Industries

We have advised Wright Industries on its acquisition of precision engineering company, Accura Group.

As part of the deal, chief executive of Wright Industries, Craig Wright acquired the company and returned to Accura 20 years after he held the position of group CEO.

Wright Industries is a Midlands-based technology investment group that has specialist management and investment capabilities to acquire, and support the development of UK specialist engineering and light industrial technology businesses.

Accura, which is based in Willenhall, provides mechanical components, tooling and sub-assemblies for industries including oil and gas exploration, aerospace, chemicals processing plant, automotive, healthcare, industrial and communications.
